Kerala Cashew Board Ltd (KCB), an initiative of the Government of Kerala, has invited applications through the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram, for 1 Manager (Procurement & Marketing) post on contract basis. Recruitment for the Business Development Executive (BDE) post under the same notification has been held in abeyance until further instructions from KCB, so this listing covers only the Manager position. The engagement is for 11 months, likely to be renewed based on performance — a good opportunity if you have hands-on procurement and marketing experience in the agri-commodities sector.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / MBA Agri Business Management or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in procurement; experience in marketing is desirable.
• Preferred: Experience working in Government Departments/PSUs in procurement of agri commodities, and hands-on experience in e-tendering.
• Skills: Proficiency in IT skills (MS Office, social media management, AI tools) and excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam are a must for this post.

• You should be below 40 years old as on 1 July 2026.

Salary

• The selected candidate will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 45,000 per month.
• The engagement is on a contract basis for 11 months, likely to be renewed based on performance.

Selection Process

Selection will be done in the following stages:
