IREL (India) Limited, a Mini-Ratna PSU under the Department of Atomic Energy, has invited applications for 30 Apprentice posts at its Rare Earths Division (RED), Udyogamandal, Kochi, Kerala. This engagement is for 1 year under the Apprentices Act 1961.

Graduate Apprentice: Chemical=5, Civil=1, Mechanical=1 | Non-Eng Graduate: B.Com=2 | Technician Apprentice: Civil=1, Mechanical=1, Electrical=1, Computer=1 | Trade Apprentice: BSc Chemistry=2, BSc Physics=2, MBA HR=1, ITI Plumber=1, Welder=3, Fitter=4, MMV=1, Electrician=2, Instrument=1

Stipend

As per Apprenticeship Rules 1992 + Rs. 1,500/month food coupon.

Selection

Merit-based on qualifying exam marks. No written exam, no interview. Document verification and medical exam follow.
