Who Can Apply?

Eligible Officer Categories

• Retired / VR Officers: You should have taken voluntary retirement or retired on superannuation from Railways, other government departments, Central PSUs, ports, or government-controlled JV companies.
• Experience: You must have service experience in infrastructure projects.
• Specific Project Experience: Experience in railway track, underground or elevated metro projects, railway projects, multistoried building projects, railway maintenance and operations is required.

Pay-Level Eligibility

• CDA Scale: You should have retired or taken VR in PB-3/2 with GP 5400/4800 under 6th CPC, revised to Matrix Level 10/9/8 under 7th CPC.
• IDA Scale: You should have retired or taken VR in E-3 IDA scale of Rs. 24,900-50,500 under 2nd PRC, revised to Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 under 3rd PRC.
• Higher grade pay or pay scale received only under ACP/MACP will not be counted for eligibility.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 63 years.
• Age Reference Date: Age will be counted as on the last date of receiving applications, 24 June 2026.

Salary

• Pay Scale: E-3, Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000.
• Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 60,000 plus IDA and HRA as per rules.
• Cafeteria Perks: Paid at 20% of basic pay.
• Transport Allowance: Paid at 10% of basic pay if company vehicle is not provided.
• Communication Reimbursement: Mobile, landline and broadband reimbursement up to Rs. 1,000 per month.
• Performance Related Pay: Not payable for this post.
