Who Can Apply?

Essential Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any stream with minimum 65% marks (or CGPA/Grade of 6.5 or above) from a recognised university
• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in fields like data entry, office administration, placement coordination or similar work

Desirable Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint or equivalent software with database handling ability
• Good oral and written English communication skills

• You must be a citizen of India

• Part-time employment experience will not be considered
• Only experience after the minimum qualifying degree counts

Age Limit

Salary

• Consolidated remuneration: Rs. 30,000 per month
• Salary is subject to statutory deductions as applicable
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
• You may be required to work on weekends/holidays as needed
• Limited OPD medical facility (Rs. 100 for normal OPD, Rs. 200 for specialists). No medical reimbursement
• Selected candidate must have a valid health insurance policy at their own expense

Selection Process

The selection will be done in three stages:

1. Written Test: Tests General Aptitude and basic knowledge of MS Office
2. Skill Test: Tests practical skills relevant to office administration
3. Interview: Final round to assess overall suitability

Venue of Selection: IIT Hyderabad, Kandi, Sangareddy, Telangana

No Travelling Allowance (TA) or DA will be paid for attending the selection process.
