IIMK Multi Post Recruitment 2026: Overview

Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) is recruiting regular non-teaching staff for its main campus and Kochi campus. The notice brings together Assistant, Junior Assistant and Junior Accountant appointments, with a specific initial-posting rule for some Assistant appointments. Your campus assignment therefore depends partly on the post and the reservation or merit position under which you are selected.

Posts and Disciplines

• Assistant: a Group B appointment, identified by post code ASST. This is the senior clerical or administrative post in this recruitment, with appointments linked to both the main campus and Kochi.
• Junior Assistant: a Group C appointment, identified by post code JA, within the institute's non-teaching staff recruitment.
• Junior Accountant: a Group C appointment, identified by post code JACC. This is the accounting post in the same recruitment notice.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Kochi assignment: the Assistant selected against the ST-reserved post and the highest-ranked Assistant under the UR category will initially serve at IIMK's Kochi campus. Keep this location condition in mind when choosing the post.
• Outside employment: after joining, you cannot apply for employment elsewhere during your first three years. You must also follow the institute's policy on this matter as it changes over time.
• Accommodation: regular staff may receive institutional accommodation, but availability determines whether it can be provided. A regular appointment does not mean housing will necessarily be ready when you join.
• Recruitment discretion: IIMK can decide not to fill an advertised post or cancel the recruitment. The notice states that paid application fees will not be refunded.
• Accuracy of claims: incorrect details can lead to cancellation even if discovered later. If you have already joined, the institute may end your service.
• Updates: use the institute website and your login to follow recruitment announcements. The institute will not send separate correspondence to rejected applicants.

Online submission alone is incomplete. Send the signed printout by Speed Post, Registered Post or courier to HR In-charge, Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, IIM Kozhikode Campus P.O., Kozhikode, Keralam – 673 570. The institute does not accept responsibility for postal or courier delays.

Mark the envelope's top-left corner with “Application for the post of” followed by the post name and post code. If you apply for several posts, send a separate application package for each.

Serving public-sector applicants must forward their application through the proper channel. An advance printout is allowed, but consideration depends on receipt through that channel or production of an employer NOC at the specified stage.
