Who Can Apply?

Engineering and Project Roles

  • Estate cum Project Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks and 15 years post-qualification experience in construction projects.
  • Executive Engineer: B.E./B.Tech Civil with 60% marks and 10 years post-qualification experience, preferably from CPWD, State PWD, PSU, statutory bodies, universities, or government organizations.

Administration, Finance and Legal Roles

  • Administrative Officer: Post-graduate degree or MBA with required marks, computer skills, and up to 8 years relevant experience depending on the role.
  • Finance and Accounts Officer: CA, Cost Accountant, or M.Com with suitable finance, taxation, accounting and audit experience.
  • Legal Officer: Professional law graduate with 5 years experience in legal matters, service laws, labour laws, land laws and government liaison work.

Assistant, Nursing and Trainee Roles

  • Assistant Administrative Officer: Graduate or post-graduate degree with 55% marks and relevant international relations administration experience.
  • Assistant Student Counsellor: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Psychology route with counselling experience as listed in the notice.
  • Office Assistant: Bachelor's degree with 55% marks and 5 years experience, or master's degree with 55% marks and 3 years experience.
  • IT and Computer Assistant: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT, Electronics with computer specialization, MCA, or M.Sc CS/IT with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Junior Assistant: BBA/BCA or equivalent with 60% marks and 2 years relevant experience.
  • Nursing Staff Female: Graduate in Nursing or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Trainee roles: Relevant master's or bachelor's degree with the marks and experience listed for each trainee post.

Age Limit

  • Estate cum Project Officer: Up to 55 years.
  • Executive Engineer: Up to 50 years.
  • Legal Officer: Up to 65 years.
  • Administrative Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, Assistant Student Counsellor, Office Assistant, IT and Computer Assistant, Junior Assistant: Generally up to 40 years.
  • Nursing Staff Female: Up to 35 years; Administrative Executive: up to 36 years; trainee posts: up to 30 years.
  • Age reference date: Age, experience and qualification will be checked as on 23 June 2026.
  • Age relaxation: SC, ST, NC-OBC, PWD and Ex-Servicemen candidates will get relaxation as per Central Government rules.

Salary

  • Highest pay scale: Estate cum Project Officer - Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 2,09,200 under Level 12.
  • Engineering senior role: Executive Engineer - Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 under Level 11.
  • Level 10 roles: Administrative Officer and Finance and Accounts Officer - Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500.
  • Legal Officer: Consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
  • Assistant and junior roles: Pay ranges from Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 1,51,100 depending on the post and level.
  • Trainee stipend: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 for most trainee roles and Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 for Graduate Trainee.
  • Allowances: Regular pay posts get allowances as per IIM Bodh Gaya HR Policy/CCS rules, as applicable.

Selection Process

IIMBG may use one or more stages depending on the post:

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

Post-wise eligibility ranges from Graduate/BBA/BCA/Nursing degree to BE/B.Tech Civil, CA/Cost Accountant/M.Com, LLB, Clinical Psychology, MCA/M.Sc CS/IT or relevant master's degree for trainee roles

Preferred Qualification

Computer operations, ERP/LMS exposure, CAD, GeM/GFR purchase knowledge, government or reputed institute experience, and role-specific professional experience as listed post-wise

Required Skills
