Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow), one of India's premier B-schools, has released an advertisement for 1 Senior Research Assistant / Research Associate position under Prof. Divya Choudhary in the Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSCM) Area at the Lucknow campus. This is a purely contractual role for an initial period of 11 months, which may be extended further based on your performance and institute requirements. No written exam or online application is involved — you just need to send your CV by email. The role suits PhD holders or Master's degree holders in Management who already have at least one research publication and want hands-on experience in academic research at a top institute.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Management (preferably specializing in Operations & Supply Chain Management) or a related field
• Academic Record: First Class throughout, completed in regular mode from a reputed institute or university
• Publication: At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed journal (national or international), showing you can conduct independent research
• Preferred: Research experience publishing high-quality papers, plus command over R or Python coding, statistical modeling, data analysis, simulation, and reproducible research workflows

Salary

• You will get a consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000, depending on your qualifications and post-PhD experience.
• You will also get HRA as per applicable IIM Lucknow norms.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)
