The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) is one of India's top business schools, based at Prabandh Nagar, Lucknow. It has invited applications for an Academic Assistant in the Communications Area. In this role, you will work closely with faculty and support teaching, evaluation, and daily academic work. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a Master's degree in Communication, English, Media Studies, Psychology, or a related field from a recognised university or institute, completed in regular mode with at least 60% marks.
• Preferred Skills: Candidates with strong academic writing, public speaking, and digital content management skills will get preference.
• Experience: If you have prior teaching experience or a research background, you will have an added advantage. Experience is not compulsory, so freshers can also apply.

Salary

• You will get a fixed salary of Rs. 40,000 per month.
• You will also get House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per IIM Lucknow norms.
• The post is contractual for 11 months and can be extended based on your performance and the requirement.
