ICSIL Multi-Post Recruitment 2026: Overview

Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) is building a contractual outsourced panel for Data Entry Operator, Salesperson and Attendant roles to be deployed with Delhi State Industrial Infrastructure and Development Corporation (DSIIDC). The notice brings office-data, retail-facing and support work under one walk-in drive in New Delhi. Each role has a different education and skill level, so you should attend only for the post that matches your records and work background.

Posts and Disciplines

• Data Entry Operator: office-based data handling for DSIIDC, suited to graduates who can type accurately in English and use common spreadsheet and word-processing tools.
• Salesperson: customer-facing retail or sales work where previous practical experience helps you handle products, records and day-to-day public interaction.
• Attendant: general workplace support for the deployed office or facility, suited to candidates comfortable with routine assistance and basic operational tasks.

Post-wise Duties

Data Entry Operator

You will enter and update official data and records, check entries for errors, prepare basic office documents and work with MS Excel or MS Word as needed. You should be ready to manage repetitive data carefully while meeting the host department's timelines.

Salesperson

You will support sales and retail operations, assist customers, keep transaction or stock records and coordinate with the supervising team. Your prior sales experience should help you communicate clearly and handle the assigned counter or outlet responsibly.

Attendant

You will provide day-to-day office support, move files or materials, keep the assigned work area organised and help staff with routine operational needs. The work may change with the requirements of the DSIIDC unit where you are deployed.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Outsourced engagement: Selection is for deployment through ICSIL on a purely contractual and outsourced basis; it does not create a claim to a regular post in ICSIL or DSIIDC.
• Tenure: Deployment lasts for the fixed period approved by the client department, until the outsourcing contract ends or until the engagement is otherwise closed under its terms.
• Shortlisting: ICSIL first checks your age, education, experience and supporting records. Candidates found suitable then face the department's interaction or interview.
• Pay basis: Wages follow the applicable minimum-wage rates notified by the Labour Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, for the relevant role.
• Final deployment: Clearing the walk-in does not by itself guarantee placement; the client department makes the final selection from candidates found suitable.

For the Data Entry Operator role, report on 24 August 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Salesperson and Attendant candidates should report on 25 August 2026 during the same window at the ICSIL Administrative Building, first floor, above the Post Office, Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III, New Delhi 110020.
