ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology (ICAR-CIRCOT) JRF Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post
ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology (ICAR-CIRCOT), Mumbai, an institute under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), has invited applications for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post under a project titled "Development of Portable Instrument to Measure Cotton Quality at Farm Gate and Textile Industries", funded by the Rajiv Gandhi Science and Technology Commission, Mumbai. The project is expected to run until June 2028, and the JRF position is purely temporary, contractual, and co-terminus with the project — it ends automatically when the project closes or after 3 years, whichever comes first.
This is a good opportunity if you are interested in applied research in instrumentation and cotton technology. There is no written exam for this post — selection happens entirely through a walk-in interview, so if you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply and get evaluated on the same visit without waiting for a separate shortlist or exam result.
