Indian Air Force (IAF) Agniveervayu Recruitment 2026 - Intake 02/2027

The Indian Air Force invites you to join as Agniveervayu for a four-year engagement period under the Government's Agnipath Scheme. This is a nationwide recruitment drive with state-wise vacancy allocation, meaning your Provisional Select List position depends on the vacancies notified for your chosen domicile state or Union Territory. Selection is entirely merit-based — the IAF has repeatedly warned candidates that no bribe is ever required at any stage. Both male and female unmarried candidates who meet the medical, physical and educational standards can apply, and on completing four years, up to 25% of each batch may get an opportunity to join the regular cadre as Airmen.
