Who Can Apply?

For Para Pump Operator:

• You need Matriculation (10th) pass with an ITI certificate in Electrician, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Pump Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic, or Pump Operator-cum-Maintenance trade; or matriculation with a certificate under the Government's Skill Development Scheme.

For Para Fitter:

• You need Matriculation (10th) pass with an ITI certificate in Fitter or Plumber trade; or matriculation with a certificate under the Government's Skill Development Scheme.

For Multipurpose Worker:

• You need Middle (8th) pass or its equivalent from a school recognized by the State Government.

A bonafide Himachali certificate is compulsory for all three posts, so keep this document ready along with your other certificates before you start filling the form.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 45 years old as on 1 July 2026.
• Keep a valid age proof document, such as your matriculation certificate, ready to attach with your application.

Salary

• Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter: Rs. 7,100 per month honorarium.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done through merit and a skill/physical test:

1. Merit List: Prepared based on your qualification and experience, as per the criteria notified by the department.
2. Skill/Physical Test: Candidates shortlisted at least 3 times the number of vacancies per category will be called for a skill or physical test. Separate call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates.
3. Document Verification
