Who Can Apply?

For Most Assistant Professor Subjects

• Qualification: You need a Master's degree with 55% marks or an equivalent grade in the concerned, relevant or allied subject.
• Teaching eligibility: You must have cleared NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or a similar accredited test such as SLET/SET.
• Ph.D. exemption: Candidates with a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET where the notification allows it.
• Foreign Ph.D. route: A Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked in the top 500 by QS, THE or ARWU is also accepted as per the notice.

For Computer Science

• UGC route: Master's degree with 55% marks plus NET/SLET/SET or valid Ph.D. exemption.
• Engineering route: B.E./B.Tech with M.E./M.Tech/M.S. or Integrated M.Tech in the relevant discipline, with first class/equivalent credits in the required degree combination.
• MCA route: B.E./B.Tech and MCA with first class in one of the two degrees, or graduation with MCA and relevant professional experience as stated in the notice.
• Ph.D. route: Ph.D. in a relevant/allied discipline with first class in MCA, or direct Ph.D. with first class B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline.

Salary

• Assistant Professor fixed pay: Rs. 50,000 per month.

Selection Process (No Written Exam for Final Selection)
