Who Can Apply?

For Ayurvedic Consultant/Assistant Professor (Rs. 75,000/month):

• Qualification: BAMS and MD/MS (Ayurveda) in the concerned specialty from a recognized institution, with valid registration with a State Board or NCISM.
• Preference: Candidates with experience in OPD/IPD clinical services will be preferred.

For Resident Medical Officer (Rs. 47,600/month):

• Qualification: BAMS from a recognized institution.

For Physiotherapist (Rs. 43,000/month):

• Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.

For Upvaid/Pharmacist (Rs. 25,000/month):

• Qualification: Two-year regular Diploma in Pharmacy (Ayurveda) plus 3 months internship from a recognized institute.

Common Conditions:

• You must be a citizen of India.
• You must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi or an equivalent examination. If you have not passed Punjabi, you must clear it within 3 years of joining.
• If you are not already registered in Punjab, you must register with the Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine, Punjab within one month of your appointment.
• You should not have been debarred by GRAU or any other University/State Government/Institution from any assignment.

Age Limit

• You should be up to 45 years old for Ayurvedic Consultant/Assistant Professor and Resident Medical Officer posts.
• You should be up to 37 years old for Physiotherapist and Upvaid (Pharmacist) posts.

Salary

• Ayurvedic Consultant/Assistant Professor: Consolidated salary of Rs. 75,000 per month.
• Resident Medical Officer: Consolidated salary of Rs. 47,600 per month.
• Physiotherapist: Consolidated salary of Rs. 43,000 per month.
• Upvaid (Pharmacist): Consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000 per month.

Selection Process

Since this is a walk-in interview, there is no separate written exam:

1. Document Verification: Bring all original documents, one set of self-attested photocopies, 2 passport-size photos, and your Aadhar card. You will not be allowed to appear for the interview without your original documents.
2. Interview: Held on the spot at the University premises.

General Terms and Conditions

• You will initially be appointed on contract for six months, which may be extended depending on your performance and the University's requirements.
• The University may transfer selected candidates, at its discretion, to any Institute under GRAU within the State of Punjab in the future.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification of your candidature.
• If any document or information you provide is found false or forged at any stage, even after appointment, the University can cancel your candidature/appointment and take legal action.
• The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, withdraw any post, or postpone/cancel the interview without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
