• Computer Knowledge: You need basic computer knowledge as prescribed under Gujarat Civil Service rules.
• Language Knowledge: You need adequate knowledge of English and Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Experience certificate: Advocate experience must be certified by the proper court authority. If your experience is from a department, board, corporation, university, undertaking, local body, or company, keep a clear legal work experience certificate ready for GPSC scrutiny.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: You must have completed 21 years on the last date of advertisement.
• Maximum age: You must not have completed 41 years on the last date of advertisement.
• Age date: Age will be counted on 18 May 2026, the last date for application receipt.

Salary

• The Law Officer will get Rs. 60,000 per month.
