Teaching Posts
- Teaching Assistant-I / Lecturer in Bio-Statistics: You need M.Sc in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or Statistics with 3 years of experience, or Ph.D in these subjects with 2 years of experience, or any degree with MPH and 5 years of experience.
- Teaching Assistant-II: You need any degree with MPH and 5 years of teaching or field-work experience, or PG qualification in Public Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Science with 3 years of teaching or field-work experience.
Library, Project, Office and Accounts Posts
- Librarian: You need Arts/Science graduation with B.L.I.Sc and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or M.L.I.Sc with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Projectionist / Project Coordinator: You need a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering, a certificate in computer systems, and 3 years of relevant experience in building, electrical, or office management. MBA is desirable.
- Steno Typist: You need any degree, a recognised computer course certificate, and 2 years of secretarial work experience.
- Upper Division Clerk / Junior Accountant: You need Commerce PG with computer operation and Tally plus 3 years of finance/accounts experience, or Commerce graduation with computer operation and Tally plus 5 years of finance/accounts experience.

Salary
- Teaching Assistant-I / Lecturer in Bio-Statistics: Rs. 75,000 per month on fixed-term basis.
- Teaching Assistant-II: Rs. 75,000 per month on fixed-term basis.
- Librarian and Projectionist / Project Coordinator: Rs. 40,000 per month for the first year, then PB1 Rs. 19,500-62,000, Level 8 after successful completion without adverse remarks.
- Steno Typist and Upper Division Clerk / Junior Accountant: Rs. 25,000 per month for the first year, then PB1 Rs. 20,600-65,500, Level 10 after successful completion without adverse remarks.

Selection Process
GIRHFWT states that shortlisted applicants will be called for interview.

- Assist senior officers and faculty in institute programmes and administrative activities
- Maintain certificates, registers, accounts, Tally records, or technical documents where assigned
- Coordinate with staff, trainees, and external offices for smooth daily functioning
- Follow institute rules, timelines, confidentiality norms, and document-verification requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Post-wise qualification ranges from degree/PG/Ph.D with public health or statistics experience to library science, engineering, computer course, stenography/secretarial experience, and commerce with Tally.
Preferred Qualification
MBA is desirable for Projectionist / Project Coordinator. Higher and post-wise specialised qualifications are listed in the notification.
