Who Can Apply?
For Assistant Professor (Academic Level 10):
- Arts, Commerce, Humanities, Sciences, Languages: Master's degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant subject from a recognised university, plus NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D as per UGC 2009/2016 regulations
- Engineering & Technology: B.E./B.Tech/B.S. and M.E./M.Tech/M.S. or Integrated M.Tech/M.S. in the relevant branch with First Class in any one of the degrees
- Management/Business Administration: Bachelor's degree in any discipline plus Master's in Business Administration/PGDM/CA/ICWA/M.Com with First Class, and 2 years of professional experience after Master's degree
- Education (Special Education): Master's degree with 50% marks plus M.Ed in specific disability area with 55% marks, recognised by RCI
For Associate Professor (Academic Level 13A):
- Good academic record with Ph.D in the relevant discipline
- Master's degree with at least 55% marks
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience at Assistant Professor level or equivalent
- At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
- Total research score of 75 as per UGC Regulations 2018
For Professor (Academic Level 14):
- Eminent scholar with Ph.D in the relevant discipline
- Published work of high quality with evidence of active research
- Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
- Total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations 2018
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in university/college, with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates
A relaxation of 5% in marks (from 55% to 50%) at Master's level is available for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer), PwBD candidates, and those who obtained Ph.D before 19 September 1991.
Age Limit
- No specific age limit has been mentioned in the notification for these teaching positions.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)
Selection will be done in 2 stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the Academic Score as specified in Appendix II (Table 3A) of UGC Regulations 2018. Meeting minimum qualifications alone does not guarantee an interview call — higher qualifications and experience will be given preference.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The Selection Committee will decide its own method of evaluating candidates. Final selection is based on interview performance.
Note: The university may also consider candidates for the next lower post if the Selection Committee deems them suitable.
