ZP Balodabazar Computer Programmer Recruitment 2026: Overview

Zila Panchayat Balodabazar-Bhatapara is recruiting a Computer Programmer under the Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar & Aajeevika Mission (Gramin). This is a contractual backlog recruitment at district level in Chhattisgarh. Your appointment will follow the mission's contract conditions and the state government's applicable service rules.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Residence: You must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh. The notice applies this condition to the recruitment, so living elsewhere does not remove the residence requirement.
• Contract period: The initial appointment runs until 28 February 2027. An extension for a year may be considered if work is available, both sides agree and your efficiency, capacity and conduct meet the requirements.
• Service rules: Leave follows the Chhattisgarh Civil Services contractual appointment rules. The state's conduct rules also apply during your engagement.
• Ending the contract: Either side may end the appointment by giving one month's notice or one month's pay in place of notice.
• Retirement benefits: The contract period does not create an entitlement to pension, gratuity or death benefits after the engagement ends.
• Waiting list: The office will retain a merit-based waiting list for a year. A later opening may be filled from that list in order of merit.
• Earlier termination: The notice excludes people previously removed for irregularities under the Mahatma Gandhi scheme, or whose contractual service was not renewed.
• Recruitment decisions: The District Programme Coordinator or Collector's appointment decision is final. The authority may postpone recruitment or change the notified positions.
