Who Can Apply?
Registrar and Controller of Examination
- Education: You need a Master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Teaching route: You need 15 years as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-11 or above, or 8 years at Academic Level-12 or above, including Associate Professor level, with educational administration experience.
- Alternative routes: Comparable experience in a research or higher education institution is accepted, or 15 years of administrative experience with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
- Extra requirement: Working knowledge of computers and networking is mandatory.
Deputy Registrar
- Education: You need a Master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Experience: You need 9 years as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 or above with 3 years in educational administration, or comparable research/higher education experience.
- Administrative route: You can also apply with 5 years as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
- Preferred: Law, Management or Engineering degree, e-office experience, and administrative experience in academic or research organisations are preferred.
Deputy Controller of Examination
- Education: You need a Master's degree in any subject with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Experience: You need 9 years as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 or above with educational administration experience, or comparable higher education/research experience.
- Administrative route: You can also apply with 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
- Exam work: Experience in college or university examination work and computerisation of examination work is preferred.
Finance Officer
- Degree route: You need a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of finance and accounts experience in a university, government organisation, PSU or research organisation.
- Professional route: You can also apply with ICWAI, ICAI or MBA Finance and 5 years of management-level finance and accounts experience.
- Preferred: Master's degree in commerce, finance background, computer literacy, Tally or relevant software knowledge, and good interpersonal skills.

- Registrar: Maximum age is 55 years as on 1 June 2026.
- Controller of Examination: Maximum age is 55 years as on 1 June 2026.
- Deputy Registrar: Maximum age is 50 years as on 1 June 2026.

Salary
- Registrar: Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200 per month at Academic Level-14.
- Controller of Examination: Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200 per month at Academic Level-14.
- Deputy Registrar: Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 2,11,500 per month at Academic Level-12.
- Deputy Controller of Examination: Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 2,11,500 per month at Academic Level-12.
- Finance Officer: PB-4 Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 12,700.
- Other allowances will be as per University and government rules.

Selection Process
The notification says applications will be checked by a Screening Committee. The University may call shortlisted candidates for further assessment such as interview or written test, and no TA/DA will be paid for attending it.
