Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital, Tiruppur, under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, has released notice No. 514-A/12/16/RECRUITMENT/2024/ADMIN dated 02 June 2026. The hospital is hiring Full-Time Specialists for 3 years and Senior Residents under the 3-year Senior Residency Scheme. Who Can Apply?

Full-Time Specialist

• Qualification: MBBS with PG Degree or equivalent / PG Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university.
• Registration: You must be registered with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• Experience: You need 3 years after PG Degree or 5 years after PG Diploma.
• Age: Not exceeding 67 years on the date of interview.

Senior Resident

• Qualification: MBBS with PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university.
• Age: Not exceeding 45 years on the date of interview.
• Relaxation: SC, ST, OBC and Ex-Serviceman relaxation is as per rules.
• Restriction: Doctors who have already completed 3 years as Senior Resident under the Central Senior Residency Scheme cannot apply again for Senior Resident.

Age Limit

• Full-Time Specialist: Maximum 67 years on the date of interview.
• Senior Resident: Maximum 45 years on the date of interview.
• Age Relaxation: SC, ST, OBC and Ex-Serviceman relaxation is available as per rules for Senior Resident posts.
• PwBD: PwBD reservation and relaxation apply for marked specialties as per rules, subject to valid disability certificate.

Salary

• Full-Time Specialist: Basic Pay in Level 11 plus allowances as per 7th CPC and ESIC instructions; approximate consolidated salary is Rs. 1,49,284 per month.
• Senior Resident: Basic Pay in Level 11 plus allowances as per 7th CPC; approximate consolidated salary is Rs. 1,49,284 per month.
• Security Deposit: Selected candidates must furnish Rs. 30,000 by DD or Banker's Cheque in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1, payable at Tiruppur.

Application Fee

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

• Handle patient care and specialty medical services in the assigned department
• Attend emergency duties and hospital duty rosters as assigned by the Medical Superintendent

• Work with ESIC doctors, nurses and hospital staff for smooth patient services
• Follow ESIC hospital rules, medical ethics and infection-control requirements
• Prepare reports, case notes and clinical documentation for department review
• Maintain professional registration and comply with contract conditions during tenure
