Who Can Apply?

• Advocate Requirement: You should be an advocate practising in Tamil Nadu courts.
• Public Prosecutor / Additional Public Prosecutor: You need at least 7 years of practice at the Bar.
• Special Public Prosecutor: You need at least 10 years of practice at the Bar.
• Application Copies: You must send the application in writing with required bio-data particulars in six copies along with passport-size photographs.
