Application Fee

Selection Process

The selection will be done through CBT, skill test where applicable, document verification and final allocation.

1. Computer Based Test: The CBT has 100 MCQs for 400 marks in 90 minutes. There are 20 questions on General Knowledge, Aptitude and Computer Knowledge, plus 80 domain questions.
2. Negative Marking: 1/4 mark is deducted for each wrong answer.
3. Skill Test: LDC, Stenographer and other skill-based posts must clear the relevant qualifying skill test after CBT.
4. Document Verification: You must show proof of qualification, experience, category, age and NOC where applicable.
5. Final Merit and Allocation: final allocation depends on merit, post preference, category and eligibility for CNCI Kolkata.
