The Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Mungeli has released this recruitment for approved posts in district health programmes such as NHM, NPHCE, NUHM, SNCU, PICU/HDU, NRC, RBSK and Blood Bank. Who Can Apply?

Nursing and medical roles

• Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer: B.Sc Nursing or GNM with live registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
• Community Health Officer: B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with Community Health Integrated Course and live Chhattisgarh nursing registration.
• RMA: Practitioner in Modern and Holistic Medicine qualification with Chhattisgarh Medical Board registration.

Technical and allied health roles

• Laboratory Technician: 10+2 Biology with BMLT, or 10+2 Biology with DMLT/CMLT and paramedical council registration.
• Physiotherapist: BPT with live registration in Chhattisgarh registration council.
• Pharmacist: Degree or diploma in Pharmacy with Pharmacy Registration Council registration.
• Radiographer: 10+2 Science plus X-ray Technician/Radiographer course with CG paramedical registration.
• Audiologist: BASLP or B.Sc Speech and Hearing from an RCI recognised institute.

Admin, support and counselling roles

• Counsellor roles: PG degree/diploma in Psychology, Counselling, Health Education, Mass Communication or MSW.
• Junior Secretarial Assistant: 12th pass with at least one-year computer diploma.
• Block Data Manager: Graduate with 55% and PGDCA with 55%, or BCA with 55%.
• Aaya Bai / Cleaner: 8th pass. Attendant: 12th pass. Class-IV: 10th pass.
• Peer Supporter: 12th Science level education with local language knowledge and working English, preferably recovered from hepatitis B/C or a family member/known person of such patient.

Age Limit

• Minimum age is 18 years.
• Maximum age is 70 years for medical posts and 64 years for managerial posts.
• Age will be counted as on 01 January 2026.

Salary

• Monthly salary ranges from Rs. 8,800 to Rs. 25,000 depending on the post.
• Higher salary roles include RMA and Audiologist at Rs. 25,000, Block Data Manager at Rs. 21,000, and Physiotherapist at Rs. 18,000.
• Staff Nurse, Nursing Officer and Community Health Officer posts carry Rs. 16,500 per month.
• The appointment is contractual under NHM rules, so regular government pay matrix allowances are not mentioned in the notice.

• Other Backward Class: Rs. 200
• Unreserved category: Rs. 300

Selection Process

The selection process includes application scrutiny, document verification and test/skill assessment as required for the post.
