- Secretarial Posts: 12th or graduation with at least 1 year computer application diploma, depending on the post.
- Support Posts: 8th pass for Attendant, Cook Cum Care Taker and Support Staff.
- Domicile: Chhattisgarh domicile is required, and the certificate must be issued by the competent authority.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years.

Selection Process

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, nursing, diagnostic or public health services according to the assigned post
- Maintain patient records, registers, reports and programme data for NHM district health services
- Support maternal, child health, nutrition, blood bank, RBSK, CHO and NRC services where posted
- Assist doctors, programme officers and district health teams during camps and routine service delivery
- Handle lab testing, counselling, rehabilitation, audiometry or office records based on the post profile
- Follow infection control, patient safety and Chhattisgarh health department guidelines
- Keep registration certificates, service records and programme documents updated for review
- Work at Bijapur district health facilities under contractual NHM conditions up to the notified period
