CDAC Delhi Project Manager Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), a scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, is hiring for its Delhi centre in the Artificial Intelligence domain. The notice groups Project Manager, Program Manager, Program Delivery Manager and Knowledge Partner under the same position entry. This is a contractual project engagement, and Delhi is the listed initial work location.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: The initial engagement can run for up to 3 years, but it ends earlier if the project finishes. The appointment does not give you a claim to a regular C-DAC post.
• Extension: A further contract depends on your performance, the project requirement and its remaining duration. You should treat an extension as a possibility, not an assured continuation.
• Project assignment: C-DAC may move you to another project when its work requires it. The terms also allow deputation or transfer to project locations anywhere in India.
• Recruitment changes: C-DAC can change the number of positions, leave a position unfilled, or cancel all or part of the recruitment. The advertised requirement is therefore subject to the organisation’s final decision.
• Travel costs: C-DAC will not pay travel or daily allowances for attending a written examination or interview. You need to plan for these costs yourself if called.
• Internal applicants: A selected C-DAC employee must leave the current appointment and join the selected position as a fresh employee.
• Communication: Interview calls and other recruitment messages will go to the email address in your application. Keep that address active, as no paper call letter will follow.
• Conduct and interpretation: Canvassing can disqualify you. If versions of the notice differ in meaning, the English version takes precedence.

Government, PSU and government autonomous-body employees must also apply online and route a signed application printout through the proper channel to the HRD Section, C-DAC, Delhi. The general instruction for other applicants is to keep any printout for their own records and not post it to C-DAC.
