BSA Moradabad Academic Resource Person Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Office of the District Basic Education Officer (BSA), Moradabad is selecting Academic Resource Persons (ARPs) for the block and city resource centres of Moradabad district. The drive follows the restructuring of Block Resource Centres under Samagra Shiksha, ordered by the Director General of School Education, Uttar Pradesh, and a state government order of 15 June 2026.

This is not an open recruitment — only teachers already working in Basic Shiksha Parishad primary and upper primary schools can apply. Selected teachers move into an academic support role, carrying out supportive supervision of schools in their block, while staying on the pay roll of their own school.

Posts and Disciplines

You apply block-wise: pick the one development block or city resource centre you want to serve. The posts are spread across these units:

• Bhagatpur Tanda block
• Chhajlet block
• Bilari block
• Kundarki block
• Moradabad Nagar (city resource centre) — the largest share of posts
• Moondhapande block

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: Each term is for one year and is renewed yearly by the District Selection Committee based on a performance appraisal. No ARP can serve more than three years in total.
• Former ARPs: Teachers who have already completed three years as an ARP cannot apply again — unless a block receives fewer applications than its posts, in which case they may be considered.
• Service left: You must have at least five years of service remaining before retirement, counted from 5 November 2026.
• Clean record: No inquiry should be pending against you, and you must never have been found guilty in any disciplinary action.
• Pay: Your salary stays the same and is drawn from your parent school. Beyond a monthly mobility allowance paid only after you meet your supervision targets, there is no incentive or pay rise.
• Posts may change: The district can reduce or increase the number of posts as needed.
• Disputes: Complaints about the selection are settled by the District Magistrate, whose decision is final.

Application Submission Notes

Get the prescribed application form from the district headquarters or your Block Resource Centre (BRC); it is also attached to the notice. Your form, with all enclosures, must be forwarded through your Block Education Officer.

Send it in a sealed envelope only by registered post or speed post to the Office of the District Basic Education Officer, Court Road, Moradabad – 244001. Write the name of the block you are applying for in bold letters on top of the envelope. Hand-delivered forms, forms in any other format, or forms reaching the office late are rejected without notice.

If the last date changes, the update will be shared through an office memo and the block-wise WhatsApp groups set up at district level.

• Carry out supportive supervision of Parishad primary and upper primary schools in the assigned block
• Complete the monthly supervision target fixed for each ARP
• Work from the Block or City Resource Centre set up under Samagra Shiksha
• Submit the monthly mobility bill after finishing the supervision visits
• Help Parishad school teachers with subject teaching in elementary classes
