Bengaluru Medical College and Research Institute (BMCRI), an autonomous institution under the Government of Karnataka, has released Notification No. BMCRI/Project/47/2025-2026 dated 13 August 2026 for filling one Project Technical Support-III post under the ICMR-funded APPROACH project in the Department of Microbiology. This is a contract-based position, and candidates with a background in medical lab technology, biotechnology, or any other life sciences discipline are encouraged to apply. There is no written exam for this post — selection is through a walk-in interview.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Three-year Graduate degree in a relevant subject or field, such as BSc MLT (Medical Lab Technology), Biotechnology, or any other Life Sciences discipline.
• Preferred: A postgraduate degree with three years of relevant experience in the same field is desirable, though not compulsory.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 28,000 per month plus 30% HRA (Rs. 8,400), taking the total monthly pay to Rs. 36,400.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection for this post is through a walk-in interview. There is no written exam.
