WILP delivers continuing education to working professionals, so this is an academic-operations role that connects learners, faculty members, programme teams and service providers rather than a classroom teaching post. The role is regular and full time, with positions tied to Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.

The division has operated since 1979 and now supports 57+ programmes and more than 52,000 enrolled learners. Its scale makes accuracy, timely communication and dependable semester coordination especially important. You will help move each learner from onboarding and registration through learning-platform access, contact sessions, examinations, grading and results, while keeping the relevant teams informed. More than 1,39,000 working professionals have graduated through WILP, giving the role a large and varied service environment.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Reporting line: The appointee reports to a Manager or Senior Manager in Education Operations and also works closely with senior WILP leadership.
• Stakeholder range: Regular coordination extends to associate deans, group leads, faculty members, learning facilitators, regional business-development teams and back-office units.
• Travel: You must be willing to travel when programme operations need in-person coordination.
• Operational scope: The position covers student lifecycle support, dissertation administration, faculty deployment, examinations, evaluation tracking and semester communications within one connected workflow.
• Service focus: Learner questions and escalations need timely resolution, with accurate records and clear updates maintained across the relevant teams.
• Process discipline: You are expected to follow standard operating procedures, help improve them and use operational reports to identify gaps in delivery.
