Selection Process

The selection will be done through:

1. Written Exam and/or Interview: The Recruitment Committee may hold a written exam, an interview, or both, depending on the number of applications received. The interview will be held at the Department of Community & Family Medicine, AIIMS Rishikesh.

Since this is a project-based contractual post, the exact selection method depends on how many applications the Department receives, so prepare for either a written test or a direct interview. The decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final, and it can relax or alter the qualification, experience and other terms and conditions at its discretion. Submitting wrong or false information at any stage of selection will disqualify your candidature. Once appointed, if your performance is found unsatisfactory by the Principal Investigator or Nodal Officer, your appointment can be terminated at any time without prior notice or compensation. If you wish to resign before completing the contract, you need to give one month's notice — if you serve less than that, you will have to deposit one month's salary in lieu of the notice period to get your relieving certificate.
