CCRUM (Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine) is hiring one Research Associate (RA) or Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in Bio-Statistics at RRIUM, New Delhi. If you have a Ph.D. or Post Graduate degree with relevant research experience, you can walk in for the interview on 6 August 2026. The monthly consolidated pay is Rs. 58,000 for RA or Rs. 42,000 for SRF, plus HRA. This is a purely contractual position, initially for six months, extendable up to three years.

CCRUM has released Advertisement No. 2/2026 inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for one Research Associate (RA) or Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in Bio-Statistics at the Regional Research Institute of Unani Medicine (RRIUM), New Delhi. The engagement is on a purely contractual basis, initially for six months, and may be extended every six months up to three years based on your performance. No written exam is required — you are selected directly through the walk-in interview.

Who Can Apply?

For Research Associate (RA) - Rs. 58,000/month:

• Ph.D. in the concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institution with 2 years of research/teaching experience in the concerned discipline from a recognized college/institution/university.
• OR a Post Graduate degree in the concerned discipline with 5 years of research/teaching experience after your Master's degree.

For Senior Research Fellow (SRF) - Rs. 42,000/month:

• Post Graduate degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institution with 3 years of experience in the concerned discipline after your Master's degree.

Age Limit

• For RA (Bio-Statistics): You should not exceed 40 years.
• For SRF (Bio-Statistics): You should not exceed 35 years.
• Your eligibility, including age, will be determined as on the date of the advertisement.

Salary

• Research Associate (RA) - Bio-Statistics: Rs. 58,000 per month (consolidated) plus HRA.
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) - Bio-Statistics: Rs. 42,000 per month (consolidated) plus HRA.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on document verification followed by a walk-in interview:

1. Document Verification: Your certificates and experience documents will be checked before the interview.
2. Walk-in Interview: Held at RRIUM, New Delhi. Your proficiency in software usage may also be assessed during the interview.
