All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna (AIIMS Patna) has released a vacancy notice inviting applications on deputation basis for 15 different Group A posts spread across engineering, administration, security, healthcare support and library services. These posts are open to eligible officers currently working in Central Government, State Government, Union Territory, Universities, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, R&D Organisations and Police/Armed Forces departments. The deputation period is 3 years, extendable up to 5 years as per DoPT guidelines. Officers already in the direct line of promotion for these posts at AIIMS Patna are not eligible to apply.

*2 of the 3 Accounts Officer posts are tentative, subject to non-continuation of the two officers currently working on those posts. The total number of posts is tentative and can change based on Institute requirement.

Who Can Apply?

This is a deputation-based recruitment, so you must already be a serving officer under the Central/State Government, Union Territory, University, Statutory/Autonomous Body, PSU, R&D Organisation, or Police/Armed Forces department, holding an analogous post or the required years of regular service. Post-wise essential qualifications are:

• Superintending Engineer: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 5-10 years' regular service as Executive Engineer
• Chief Librarian: Master's Degree in Science (preferably Biological Sciences) plus a Degree/Diploma in Library Science
• Senior Analyst (System Analyst): M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or PhD in Computer Science with 15 years' IT/networking/software experience
• Deputy Chief Security Officer: Degree from a recognised university plus experience as a Police/Armed Forces officer handling security
• Hospital Architect: Degree in Architecture with at least 5 years' experience, preferably from CPWD
• Senior Procurement-cum-Stores Officer: Analogous post or 5 years' experience as a Stores Officer
• Executive Engineer (AC & R) / Executive Engineer (Electrical): Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5 years' design experience, preferably in a hospital
• Chief Medical Social Service Officer: MA in Social Work/MSW with 5 years' experience in Medical Social Welfare
• CSSD Officer: Analogous post or CSSD Supervisor with 5-7 years' regular service
• Senior Dietician (Assistant Food Manager): M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition/Dietetics with 3 years' service as Dietician
• Accounts Officer: Graduate in Commerce with at least 55% marks and 3 years' supervisory experience in a government organisation. CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) is desirable
• Security Officer: Degree from a recognised university plus experience as a Police/Armed Forces officer
• Chief Medical Record Officer: 1-year Degree in Medical Record Keeping plus computer skills, with typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi
• Supervising Medical Social Service Officer: Officer from a minimum 200-bed hospital with 5 years' relevant experience

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit for applying to these posts on deputation is 56 years as on the last date of posting of the application.

Salary

• Depending on the post, you will get a salary between Rs. 56,100 and Rs. 2,15,900 per month under Pay Level 10 to Level 13 of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
• You will also get DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per Central Government rules.

Selection Process

Selection for these deputation posts will be based on:

1. Screening of Applications: Your qualifications, experience, and Confidential Reports/APAR of the last 5 years will be scrutinised by AIIMS Patna.
2. Vigilance and Integrity Clearance: You must submit a vigilance clearance certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure-II), confirming that no disciplinary/vigilance proceedings are pending or contemplated against you.
