Who Can Apply?

Public Relation Officer (Level 11)

• Degree from a recognised university plus Post-Graduation / Diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Journalism, or Mass Communication
• 10 years of experience in the field of PR / Corporate Communication / Journalism / Mass Communication

Deputy Medical Superintendent (Level 11 + NPA)

• A recognised medical qualification in I or II Schedule or Part II of the 3rd Schedule (other than licentiate) of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956
• MD (Hospital Administration) / MHA recognised by Medical Council of India, OR
• MD/MS in any clinical specialty with 3 years experience in Hospital Administration of a 200-bedded hospital

Blood Transfusion Officer (Level 11 + NPA)

• A recognised medical qualification in I or II Schedule or Part II of 3rd Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956, with 5 years experience in Blood Bank with component separator, OR
• M.D. in Blood Transfusion Medicine with 1 year experience in Blood Bank with component separator during the PG course

Medical Physicist - Radiotherapy (Level 10)

• Post Graduate Degree in Physics + Post M.Sc Diploma in Radiological / Medical Physics + minimum 12 months internship in a recognised well-equipped radiation therapy department, OR
• Basic degree in science with Physics as one of the main subjects + PG degree in Radiological / Medical Physics + 12 months internship in radiation therapy

Medical Physicist - Nuclear Medicine (Level 10)

• M.Sc Nuclear Medicine Technology from a recognised university/institution
• RSO Level-II Certification recognised by AERB
• Desirable: Ph.D. in Nuclear Medicine

Age Limit

• Public Relation Officer: Between 30 and 45 years
• Deputy Medical Superintendent: Between 21 and 40 years
• Blood Transfusion Officer: Between 21 and 40 years
• Medical Physicist (Radiotherapy & Nuclear Medicine): Up to 35 years
• Age is counted as on the last date of online submission of applications through email.
• No age relaxation is given to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.
• Age relaxation for other categories is as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Pay Level 11: Rs. 67,700 - Rs. 2,08,700 per month (for PRO, Dy. Medical Superintendent, Blood Transfusion Officer)
• Pay Level 10: Rs. 56,100 - Rs. 1,77,500 per month (for Medical Physicist)
• Medical posts also get NPA (Non-Practising Allowance) on top of basic pay
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per central government rules

Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 2,000
• SC / ST / PwBD / Women / Ex-Servicemen: No fee
• Payment mode: Demand Draft in favour of "Executive Director, AIIMS, Bhopal"
• Fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances
• Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately and pay the fee for each post

Selection Process

Selection happens in the following stages:

1. Scrutiny of Applications: Based on the information in the application form, candidates may be shortlisted for the interview.
2. Written Test (Optional): The institute may conduct a written test as a preliminary short-listing mechanism at its sole discretion if a large number of applications are received.
3. Interview: The interview will be held at AIIMS Bhopal. Candidates must appear in person with all original certificates and self-attested photocopies. No TA/DA will be paid.
4. Document Verification: Originals of all certificates including educational qualification, experience, caste, and proof of age must be produced.
5. Medical Fitness: Provisional appointment is subject to being declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board.

2. Fill in the form completely with all required details.
3. Email the duly filled application along with self-attested copies of all relevant documents to recruitment.2022@aiimsbhopal.edu.in by 5.00 p.m. on the last day of receiving applications.
4. Also send hard copies of the application along with self-attested copies of all relevant documents (educational qualifications, experience certificates, salary slips, NOC if applicable, caste certificate, proof of age, ID proof, and Demand Draft) by Speed Post only.
5. Address the hard copy to: The Deputy Director (Admin.), All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ground Floor, Kautilya Bhawan, Saket Nagar, Bhopal - 462020.
6. The hard copy must reach AIIMS Bhopal within 10 days from the last date of email submission.
7. Applications not received by both modes (email and speed post) will be summarily rejected.

• Carry out the duties of the assigned post as per AIIMS Bhopal service rules and Group-A officer responsibilities
• For PRO: Handle media relations, press releases, public communication, and corporate image of AIIMS Bhopal
• For Deputy Medical Superintendent: Assist in day-to-day hospital administration, manpower planning, and patient services in a tertiary care setup
• For Blood Transfusion Officer: Manage blood bank operations, component separation, donor screening, and ensure compliance with blood safety guidelines
• For Medical Physicist (Radiotherapy): Plan and verify radiation treatment, calibrate equipment, ensure radiation safety, and assist oncologists in patient treatment
• For Medical Physicist (Nuclear Medicine): Handle radioisotope-based diagnostics and therapy, ensure AERB compliance, and maintain radiation safety records
• Follow AIIMS Bhopal rules of conduct and report to senior administrative or clinical heads as applicable
