Who Can Apply?

This recruitment is open to serving government employees only. You must be working in one of these organisations on a regular basis:

• Central Government Ministries and Departments
• State Government / UT Departments
• Universities and Central/State Statutory Bodies
• Autonomous Bodies and Research & Development Organisations
• Public Sector Undertakings

You must either hold an analogous post on regular basis, or have the required number of years of regular service in the relevant grade pay as specified for each post. For example, the Superintending Engineer post needs Executive Engineers with 5 years in Grade Pay Rs. 7,600, while a Senior Administrative Assistant needs 8 years in Grade Pay Rs. 1,900.

Employers who do not follow Central Government Pay Scales must submit a comparative pay scale chart certified by their Head of Office.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Standard age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Group A (Level-13): Rs. 1,23,100 to Rs. 2,15,900 per month (Superintending Engineer)
• Group A (Level-11): Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month (Executive Engineer, Clinical Embryologist, Nursing Superintendent)
• Group A (Level-10): Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month (Administrative Officer, Account Officer, Deputy Nursing Superintendent, Fire Officer, Security Officer, Store Officer)
• Group B (Level-7): Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month (Assistant Engineers, Technical Officers, Assistant Admin/Accounts Officers, Senior Optometrist)
• Group B (Level-6): Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month (Assistant Fire Officer, Jr. Admin Officer, Office Superintendent, PA, Sr. Pharmacist, Technician Lab)
• Group C (Level-5): Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300 per month (Dental Technicians)
• Group C (Level-4): Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100 per month (Senior Administrative Assistant)
• Plus DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as admissible to Central Government employees stationed at AIIMS Bathinda.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written examination for these posts. Selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Bio-data Screening: Applications will be shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, and service records submitted with the application.
2. Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview at AIIMS Bathinda.
3. Document Verification: You need to bring all original documents at the time of interview.

Note: Meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee shortlisting. The competent authority's decision on selection is final.
