This is a furtherance to their earlier Advertisement No. 01/2026, as some vacancies remained unfilled and new ones have come up. Who Can Apply?

Senior Residents (3-Year & 1-Year)

• MBBS from an institution recognized by NMC/MCI/Maharashtra Medical Council
• Post-Graduation Diploma or Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with NMC or Maharashtra Medical Council
• If PG doctors are not available, MBBS doctors without PG Degree but with 2 years of experience (including 1 year in the concerned specialty from a government/private hospital — not a private clinic) may be appointed as SR on 1-year contract

Super Specialist (Medical Oncology)

• MBBS from a recognized institution
• Post-Graduation degree (MD/DNB or equivalent) in relevant discipline
• Super-Speciality Degree (DM/DNB or equivalent) in Medical Oncology from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with NMC or Maharashtra Medical Council
• 2 years' experience after acquiring Super-speciality Degree

Specialist (Radiology, Microbiology, ICU)

• MBBS from a recognized institution
• PG Degree or equivalent (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant discipline
• Must be registered with NMC or Maharashtra Medical Council
• PG Degree + 3 years' experience after acquiring PG from a recognized university, OR PG Diploma + 5 years' experience in the concerned specialty

Medical Officer (DCBO Korpana & Washim)

• A recognized MBBS degree qualification as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
• Completion of compulsory rotating internship
• Must be registered with NMC or Maharashtra Medical Council

Age Limit

• Senior Residents (3-Year & 1-Year): Maximum 45 years as on the date of advertisement (30.03.2026)
• Super Specialist (FTSS/PTSS): Maximum 69 years as on the date of advertisement
• Specialist (FTS/PTS): Maximum 69 years as on the date of advertisement
• Medical Officer: Maximum 35 years as on the date of advertisement
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-servicemen categories

Salary

• Senior Residents (3-Year & 1-Year): Pay Band 3, Level-11 of Rs. 67,700 per month plus allowances (DA, HRA, NPA, TA, etc.) as applicable under Government of India rules
• Super Specialist (Full Time): Rs. 2,00,000 per month (consolidated). Additional Rs. 20,000 for emergency visit charges. Additional Rs. 1,200 for every additional hour beyond 16 hrs/week
• Super Specialist (Part Time): Rs. 1,00,000 per month for 16 hours per week (4 hours/day, 4 days/week)
• Specialist (Full Time): Level-11 of Rs. 67,700 per month plus allowances (DA, HRA, NPA, TA, etc.)
• Specialist (Part Time): Rs. 60,000 per month for 16 hours/week. Additional Rs. 15,000 for emergency visit charges. Additional Rs. 800 for every additional hour beyond 16 hrs/week
• Medical Officer: Level-10 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix — Rs. 56,100 per month plus allowances as admissible

Application Fee

• UR/OBC: Rs. 300/-
• SC/ST: Rs. 75/-
• Defence Ex-servicemen, EWS & PH (Divyaang): No fee
• Payment mode: Demand Draft in favour of 'ESI Fund Account No. 1', drawn on any scheduled bank, payable at Pune. Submit with the application form at the time of interview

Selection Process

1. Document Verification — Your application and documents will be checked by the scrutiny committee. Report one hour before your scheduled interview time
2. Interview — If you are found eligible, you will appear before the Selection Board. If the number of applicants is large, the hospital may introduce a screening test at its discretion
3. Medical Fitness — Selection is subject to medical fitness

Important: The decision of the Recruiting Authority of ESIC Hospital is final and binding. Selected candidates must join within 7 days from the date of the offer. You must also sign a Contract Agreement on Rs. 500/- stamp paper and submit a Security Deposit of Rs. 15,000/- (Demand Draft in favour of 'ESI Fund A/c No. 1') at the time of joining.

• Assist in outreach programs, health promotion, and prevention programs conducted by the hospital
• Manage floor and shift duties in the concerned department or specialty
• Prepare and maintain patient records, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation
• Work with the department team on diagnostics, treatment plans, and patient follow-ups
• Follow all ESIC guidelines, hospital protocols, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor patients in the ICU/ward and report critical observations to the senior medical team
• Keep attendance via Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) and manual registers
