Chief Digital and AI Officer (Rs. 5,00,000/month):

• You need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree (M.Tech/MBA) is an added qualification.
• You must have 15 or more years of professional experience in digital transformation, IT, AI, e-Governance, or digital health leadership — preferably in Government, Public Sector, or Healthcare projects.
• Experience with ABDM/NHA initiatives, Digital India programmes, or healthcare technology systems is preferred.
• You should have sound knowledge of digital health standards, health data privacy and security, AI governance frameworks, and government procurement policies.

Project Lead (Rs. 1,62,251/month):

• You need a B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/EE or MCA with 7 years of IT experience.
• You should have strong technical knowledge of Java or Microsoft technologies, and experience managing project teams of 5 or more members.
• Familiarity with QMS, SDLC processes, and testing methodologies is required.

Senior Software Developer (Rs. 1,30,053/month):

• You need a B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/EE or MCA with 4 years of IT experience in Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, PHP, JSP, or ASP.NET.

Software Support Engineer (Rs. 53,764/month):

• You need a B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/EE or MCA with 2 years of IT experience in similar technologies.

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview)

Selection is through a direct walk-in interview — there is no written exam. The interview is scored out of 50 marks:

4. Administrative Ability: 10 marks
5. Experience: 10 marks

Selected candidates get a contract for 11 months and 29 days, which may be extended based on performance. There is no right to permanent employment or regularisation under this scheme. Candidates must also meet the small family norms applicable to Maharashtra Government contractual recruitment (in effect from 23 July 2020), and no travel allowance (TA) is paid for attending the interview.
