Post-wise Duties

Junior Consultant Clinical Psychologist

You will support assessments and counselling for air traffic control officers, help the medical team assess fitness for sensitive duties, and protect confidential psychological records.

Junior Consultant Airport Systems

You will help prepare tender estimates and supporting records, collect market and station data, and coordinate information with airport stations and corporate headquarters.

Consultant and Associate Consultant Bird and Wildlife Management

You will track bird and animal hazards, assess risky areas, maintain sighting and strike records, and support measures that reduce wildlife attraction around the airport.

Junior and Associate Consultant Obstacle Management and Aerodrome Safeguarding

You will maintain mapped obstacle records, assist site checks for clearance applications, and document whether completed structures follow approved heights and coordinates.

Consultant Horticulture

You will support estimates, budgets and contract management, monitor work quality and progress, and help build plant information suited to local seasons and climate.

Senior Consultant Law

Junior and Associate Consultant Technical

You will support vehicle and equipment maintenance, procurement, insurance renewals, service contracts and monthly records. The Junior Consultant assignment also includes capital-item procurement.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: The initial contract lasts one year. Extensions may be granted one year at a time, with total service capped at five years.
• Full-time commitment: You cannot take another assignment during this consultancy. The contract does not give you AAI employee status.
• Leave: You earn 1.5 days for each completed month. Unused leave cannot be carried forward or exchanged for cash.
• Attendance: Daily attendance is compulsory. Absence without informing your supervisor for more than three working days can lead to termination.
• Confidentiality: Protect AAI information and return its equipment when the assignment ends. Intellectual property developed for AAI belongs to AAI.
• Insurance: You arrange your own insurance cover. AAI may ask for a physician's statement of good health before the contract begins.
• Ending the contract: Either side may end the engagement with one month's notice or the corresponding payment. False information or unsatisfactory work can also lead to termination.
