ZSS Jajpur Case Registry Assistant Recruitment 2026: Overview
Zilla Swasthya Samiti (ZSS) Jajpur, working from the office of the Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer (CDM and PHO), Jajpur, is holding a walk-in interview for a Case Registry Assistant under the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) of NHM Odisha. The post follows the terms of the Odisha State Health and Family Welfare Society (OSH and FW Society), Bhubaneswar. It is a contractual post tied to the scheme, so it lasts only as long as the programme runs.
The role suits a graduate with a one-year computer diploma who is comfortable keeping case records and data for a district health programme. There is no written test, and a panel merit list is kept so the district can fill later openings without a fresh drive.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The position is purely temporary and ends with the scheme.
- Panel validity: The panel merit list stays valid for one year from its approval and may be used for future vacancies.
- Tie-breaker: If two or more candidates get equal marks, the older candidate (by the date of birth on their certificate) ranks higher.
- Past disengagement: Anyone earlier disengaged by the OSH and FW Society on administrative grounds such as disobedience, poor performance, misbehaviour or criminal activity cannot apply.
- Working candidates: If you already have a job, you need a post-specific NOC from your appointing authority, issued after this advertisement; an NOC from any other authority is not accepted.
- False information: Hiding facts or giving false documents gets your candidature rejected, and termination follows if it is found after joining.
- Canvassing: Any form of canvassing leads to disqualification.
- No travel allowance: You get no TA/DA for attending the interview.
