NCRTC Patwari Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a joint venture of the Government of India and the state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, working under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. NCRTC is building the RRTS, a new high-speed rail network connecting Delhi with the wider National Capital Region, across three corridors — Delhi-Meerut (already open for commercial service), Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar, and Delhi-Panipat-Karnal. NCRTC has released Vacancy Notice No. 25/2026 for 1 Patwari post on re-employment basis, to support land acquisition work for the Delhi-Panipat-Karnal corridor. This is a re-employment opportunity for retired revenue department officials — you specifically need hands-on experience working in the Haryana state revenue department, since the job involves verifying village-wise land records along this corridor.

Because this post supports a large infrastructure project, NCRTC is looking for someone who already understands local land records and revenue procedures rather than training a fresh recruit. This makes it a strong option for retired Patwaris, Kanungos or similar revenue officials who want to continue working in a government project after superannuation.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: 10th pass.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in a Central or State Government revenue department.
• Domain Experience: You must have worked in the Haryana state revenue department.
• Job Role: Handling land acquisition activities under the RFCTLARR Act, 2013, in Panipat district, and coordinating with land acquisition authorities using revenue records and Khasra maps.
• Note: Teaching or freelancing experience will not be counted towards the required 20 years of experience.

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit is 62 years as on 1 July 2026.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated (lumpsum) remuneration of Rs. 39,300 per month.
• You must have superannuated from a post carrying CDA Scale Rs. 25,500-81,100 (Level 4) or IDA Scale Rs. 25,500-90,650 (NS6) or above.
• You will also get HRA and other benefits as per company policy.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Document Verification: Your original certificates will be checked before the interview. If you are not found eligible at this stage, you will not proceed further.
2. Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for an interview; the date and venue will be informed in advance and NCRTC will not entertain requests to change these.
3. Medical Fitness: You should be physically and medically fit for the role and prepared to undergo a medical examination if required.
