The Office of Industrial Consultancy and Sponsored Research (IC&SR), IIT Madras has invited applications for a Project Technician position in the Department of Biotechnology, under the guidance of Prof. Guhan Jayaraman. The post is initially for one year and can be extended based on your performance. This is a good opportunity for M.Sc Biotechnology or Medical Lab Technology graduates who want hands-on research lab experience at one of India's top technical institutes.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: M.Sc in Biotechnology or a related field, including Medical Lab Technology
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Desirable Skills: Strong knowledge of microbial laboratory techniques and analytical instruments, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with lab documentation
• You should have good communication and interpersonal skills to work with the research team

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 41,000 per month for this position.
