Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project tenure: The engagement is for one year or until the project ends or is terminated, whichever comes first, unless an extension is approved under project or funding-agency rules.
• Co-terminus status: The position ends with the project, and selection does not give you a claim to regular appointment, continuation or absorption.
• Reservation: The notified position is unreserved.
• Travel costs: ICAR-IARI will not pay TA, DA or other expenses for attending the interview.
• Original verification: You must show original certificates at the interview or joining; without them, the institute cannot complete the document check.
• Current employment: If you already work elsewhere, carry a No Objection Certificate when it applies to you.
• Family declaration: Every applicant must file the prescribed declaration about near or distant relatives employed by ICAR or IARI, including relationship and work details where relevant.
• Disputes: Recruitment disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Samastipur.
