Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), one of India's top Navratna defence PSUs, is hiring 5 Senior Engineers in E-III Grade for its Network and Cyber Security division. If you hold a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics and have cybersecurity certifications, this is a solid opportunity with a CTC of approximately Rs. 16 Lakhs per year.

Selection Process

You will first sit for a written test conducted in Bengaluru and Delhi. Based on the scores, candidates are shortlisted for an interview at a 1:7 ratio (category-wise). The interview carries 15 marks and takes place in Bengaluru. Minimum qualifying marks are 35% for General/OBC/EWS and 30% for SC/PwBD candidates in both stages.

3. Revise your certification material — if you hold CISSP, CEH, or CCNP, revisit those study guides as the written test will likely test domain knowledge.

• Lead critical incident resolution and deep-dive diagnostics across Network, Security, Server, and Storage infrastructure
• Design, architect, and integrate enterprise solutions focusing on Scalability, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery for core systems
• Develop and enforce security policies and compliance standards, manage vulnerability remediation, and implement SOAR
• Drive operational efficiency using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automation projects
• Handle threat modelling, content development for SOC use cases, SIEM optimization, and threat hunting
• Manage server infrastructure design, storage systems architecture, backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Perform patch management, virtualization, capacity upgrades, and data centre migrations
• Maintain documentation and change management for network/security designs, configurations, and SOPs
