• Management: You need Bachelor's/Master's in Management with Ph.D.

Important qualification notes: Candidates with direct Ph.D after B.Tech can also apply. NIT Srinagar also says that candidates must have first class at Bachelor's and Master's degree level, so keep your grade cards and degree certificates ready before sending the application.

Salary

• Fixed monthly salary: Rs. 65,000 per month.
• Engagement period: 11 months only.
• No accommodation is available at NIT Srinagar; selected candidates must arrange their own stay.
• The selected teacher must join immediately and be physically present at the station of posting.

Category note: The department-wise reserved vacancy distribution is tentative. NIT Srinagar may change the distribution depending on the availability of reserved category candidates, and EWS vacancies may be filled by UR candidates if suitable EWS candidates are not available.

Work conditions: This is a classroom-facing role at the Srinagar campus. The selected teachers must be ready to join immediately, work from the station of posting, and follow the academic timetable and departmental duties given by the institute.
