Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Minimum Plus Two (12th) or equivalent
• Driving Licence: Valid LMV licence with badge is mandatory
• Language: Basic proficiency in reading and writing Malayalam and English
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in driving and/or sales
• Experience in FMCG or food product sales is an added advantage
• You must be willing to travel anywhere within Kerala for duties

Salary

• Consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 21,070 as per G.O(P) No. 54/2025/Fin dated 19.04.2025
• Additional incentives based on sales performance

Selection Process

Selection happens in three stages:

• Handle sales and distribution of Kerala Chicken chilled and frozen products to outlets, supermarkets, institutions, and direct customers
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the prescribed cold chain standards
• Identify and convert potential customers to expand the Kerala Chicken market
• Prepare invoices, collect payments on time, and maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock, and cash transactions
• Perform loading and unloading of products as required
• Maintain the vehicle logbook, fuel records, and overall upkeep of the company vehicle
• Coordinate with processing plants and the sales team for smooth daily operations
• Ensure the vehicle is in good condition and arrange prompt maintenance and repairs whenever needed
