Responsibilities
- Facilitate investors across all stages of the investment lifecycle including project conceptualization, approvals and commercialization
- Conduct field visits and site inspections with prospective and existing investors
- Provide local intelligence and advisory support on land availability, infrastructure and policy frameworks
- Assist investors in filing investment proposals, obtaining statutory approvals and land acquisition processes
- Coordinate with District Administration, Industrial Development Authorities (UPSIDA, NOIDA, YEIDA) and line departments
- Support investors in navigating digital platforms like Investment Mitra and Nivesh Sarathi
- Participate in District Udyog Bandhu meetings and assist in grievance redressal
- Track and upload investor issues and progress on designated portals, and prepare periodic reports for policy improvements
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
MBA (Full-Time) in Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognised College/Deemed University/University
Preferred Qualification
Knowledge of foreign languages and familiarity with government processes, policies and approvals
Required Skills
Strong communication in Hindi and English (spoken and written), MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), stakeholder management, problem-solving, willingness to do extensive fieldwork and travel

Pay Scale
Fixed contractual compensation: Rs. 30,000 (Salary) + Rs. 10,000 (HRA) + Rs. 10,000 (Investor Facilitation Allowance) + Rs. 20,000 (Travel & Field Allowance) = Rs. 70,000 per month
