Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad has released a recruitment advertisement for 39 Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor posts across 19 Super Specialty departments. The selection happens through a single-day walk-in interview on 21 May 2026 at the Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block. The initial contract is for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on approval and performance.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must meet the latest National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines. The NMC Notification dated 30 June 2025 on "Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations 2025" will apply.
• Specialty Degree: You need an MD/MS/DNB along with DM/MCh in the relevant super specialty (or equivalent recognized qualifications).
• Medical Registration: You must hold a valid and updated medical registration with the State Medical Council or NMC.
• Experience: Teaching and clinical experience as required by NMC for each post (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor).
• Note: In case no suitable candidate appears for a post, the Selection Board may interview candidates for a lower post or relax experience criteria.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 69 years as on the date of interview.
• Tenure runs till the candidate reaches a maximum of 70 years.

Salary

• Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 2,60,226 per month (fixed).
• Associate Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,73,045 per month (fixed).
• Assistant Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,48,669 per month (fixed).
• Hostel or quarters may be provided subject to availability.
• Attendance is mandatory through the biometric system and private practice is not allowed.

Application Fee

• SC / ST / ESIC Employees / Female Candidates / Ex-servicemen / PwD: No fee
• All other candidates: Rs. 500 (Demand Draft in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No.1", payable at Faridabad)

Security Deposit: All selected candidates (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor) must submit a Rs. 20,000 Demand Draft in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No.1", payable at Faridabad. This is refundable on completion of contract with a No Dues Certificate. It is forfeited if you resign within six months.

Selection Process

1. Walk-in Interview on 21 May 2026 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM at the Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC MCH Faridabad.
2. Document Verification: Only verified candidates will be allowed to appear for the interview.
3. Final Selection: Based on academic credentials and interview performance.
4. Offer Letter: Selected candidates get the appointment offer via email and join as per instructions in the appointment letter.

Results will be posted on the official website www.esic.gov.in. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.

3. Submit a separate application for each post you are applying for.
4. Reach the Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
5. Carry the application form, the Rs. 500 Demand Draft (if applicable), and a Rs. 20,000 security deposit DD with all original documents for verification.
6. Appear for the interview after document verification.

• Participate in academic activities like seminars, journal clubs, and clinical meetings
• Prepare academic content, question papers, and evaluate students fairly
• Follow NMC and ESIC rules including biometric attendance and no private practice
• Contribute to research, publications, and quality improvement initiatives in the department
