BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), an institute of the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council under the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, has released Recruitment Notice No. THS-C/RN/11/2026 dated 20 May 2026. This walk-in drive fills 4 project positions at the Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA), a niche centre of THSTI established for affordable healthcare product development. The recruitment covers projects on neonatal sepsis, maternal and neonatal imaging, and the INDIGO flu vaccine.

Who Can Apply?

Clinical Project Manager (Rs. 78,000 + HRA)

• MBBS / BDS / BVSc with at least 5 years of experience in clinical project management or clinical trial/study monitoring, OR
• Master's degree / PG Diploma / PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health or Clinical Research with at least 5 years of similar experience
• AND experience in clinical trial or public health project management in a recognised organisation (academic clinical trials unit, CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device company)

Clinical Research Associate (Rs. 49,000 + HRA)

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences with minimum 3 years of relevant clinical trial monitoring / coordinator experience, OR
• Master's degree / PG Diploma in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Public Health / Healthcare with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BAMS / BPT preferred

Quality Manager (Rs. 56,000 + HRA)

• Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees)
• Valid GCP certificate (desirable)
• 2 years of experience as CRA / Clinical Research Coordinator / Site Manager (desirable)

Senior Project Associate (Rs. 42,000 + HRA)

• Post graduate degree in Life Sciences with minimum 2 years of clinical research experience, OR
• Professional degree in MBBS, BDS, BVSc, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BNYS, B.Sc Nursing, BPT, B. Pharm with minimum 1 year of clinical research experience, OR
• PhD in Life Sciences with experience in clinical research
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification is mandatory

Age Limit

• Clinical Project Manager: Up to 45 years
• Clinical Research Associate: Up to 40 years
• Quality Manager: Up to 35 years
• Senior Project Associate: Up to 40 years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST - 5 years, OBC - 3 years, PwBD - 10/13/15 years (UR/OBC/SC-ST), Central Government servants - 5 years, Ex-servicemen - service rendered + 3 years

Salary

• Clinical Project Manager: Rs. 78,000 per month + HRA
• Quality Manager: Rs. 56,000 per month + HRA
• Clinical Research Associate: Rs. 49,000 per month + HRA
• Senior Project Associate: Rs. 42,000 per month + HRA
• Positions are short-term; extension subject to satisfactory performance and project tenure

Selection Process

1. Walk-In Interview: Direct interview at THSTI Faridabad on the scheduled date — no prior application required online
2. Document Verification: Original documents, latest resume, photocopies of qualification and experience proofs along with valid ID required at the venue

If many applications are received, screening will be done to limit candidates based on higher/relevant qualification and experience. Candidates arriving after the time slot will not be entertained. Mobile phones must be deposited at the reception during the selection process.

• Lead cross-functional coordination of clinical studies — develop project plans, timelines and stakeholder communication (Clinical Project Manager)
• Monitor clinical trial data, processes and documentation through onsite visits and remote oversight
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits across clinical sites in India
• Manage laboratory monitoring including sample collection, processing, labelling, storage and tracking (Clinical Research Associate)
• Set up and maintain quality assurance procedures across project functioning (Quality Manager)
• Coordinate Trial Master File (TMF) set-up, regulatory submissions and site contract processing (Sr. Project Associate)
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, CDSCO guidelines and applicable Indian clinical trial regulations
• Coordinate Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting, DSMB reviews and audit readiness
