Institute of Remote Sensing (IRS), College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, has announced a Junior Research Fellow post for the SAC-ISRO sponsored project ECO-A07. The project is titled Appraising the soil moisture dynamics and its implications on crop productivity in Perambalur District, Tamil Nadu using NISAR data. This is a temporary project position from the date of appointment till 18 March 2029, subject to annual renewal and satisfactory performance.

The Principal Investigator is Dr. P. Shoba, Assistant Professor, Institute of Remote Sensing. The selected JRF will work at College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai - 600025.
