Post-wise Duties

Quality Manager

You will oversee assigned clinical studies from site qualification through close-out, build quality-assurance procedures and risk-mitigation plans, and monitor progress against protocols and project targets. You will also guide investigators and project teams on regulatory expectations, prepare study tools and train monitors, with travel to clinical sites across India when needed.

Senior Project Associate

You will coordinate trial supplies and essential documents, maintain trackers and the Trial Master File, support site start-up and help resolve clinical-data queries. The work also includes meeting records, contracts and confidentiality follow-up, budget documentation, audit readiness and coordination among regulatory, data, quality and clinical teams.

• Experience counting: THSTI counts relevant experience acquired after the minimum qualification required for the post. Check the role-specific standard before attending.
