THSTI Assistant Data Manager Recruitment 2026: Overview

BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), Faridabad, is holding a walk-in interview for an Assistant Data Manager (Level I) under Recruitment Notice THS-C/RN/17/2026. The study runs in district hospitals in Chhattisgarh as a stepped-wedge cluster randomised trial, which means hospitals switch to the new care approach in phases and the data from every phase has to be clean and comparable.

• Draft and update data management documents such as the Data Management Plan, Edit Checks Document, Annotated CRF, data entry guidelines and SOPs

• Work with the Data Science team on database building, edit-check setup and database testing

• Handle data cleaning, query management, interim and final data freezes, and data archival
• Prepare interim reports, data extracts, analysis-ready datasets and study dashboards
• Train site-based data entry operators and support data entry and reconciliation when needed
• Follow data standards such as CDISC and SDTM along with data protection and privacy rules
