Tezpur University has released notification for 1 Assistant Registrar post at CDOE. Candidates with a Master's Degree with 55% marks can apply offline. Last date to apply is 15 March 2026. Age limit is up to 35 years. Salary is Rs. 40,000/month (consolidated, contract basis).
Tezpur University has invited applications for the post of Assistant Registrar at its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE). This is a contractual position based in Tezpur, Assam. The appointment is initially for 11 months and can be renewed based on satisfactory performance.

Salary

Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in any subject with at least 55% marks or an equivalent Grade 'B+' in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized university.
- SC/ST/PWD candidates get relaxation in minimum marks as per Government of India rules.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in examination, evaluation, or administrative work
- Experience working in an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) institution
Essential Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and Multimedia tools
- Good English writing and communication skills
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 35 years as on 15 March 2026
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per Government of India rules
